Cutting corners is not the Grosvenor way since only the best quality and service is good enough for our customers. All of our fitting teams are hand picked craftsmen who are polite and obliging; they are measured and paid on satisfactory results and NOT performance rates.

We have a free measuring and estimating service that is second to none and available seven days a week. All our detailed quotations are confirmed in writing with no hidden extras so that our customers have time to think things over in their own time without feeling pressured to make a decision.

Grosvenor Carpets are active members of The Contract Flooring Association and The Carpet First Buying Group. They are pleased to be recognised as the area’s approved and recognised Amtico and Brintons Platinum Dealers. They deal with all British and European leading manufacturers including wood and laminate suppliers, Amtico and Karndean, (luxury vinyl tile manufacturers), Kahrs Flooring, Karelia and Woodpecker and Quick-Step (wood and laminate floor suppliers).
